I just clicked the link - Obama's kissing Hilary on the cheek. I'd speculate as to what Kathryn thinks is wrong with the picture, but everything I can think of seems beyond absurd. Given Kevin's comment, maybe that's the point. So help me out here - what's Kathryn suggesting here?

That's a funny thought, though I think it much more likely that:

1. If Bill Clinton was to chose an avatar for online shenanigans, it would be one with a better toupee.

2. It is far more likely that his pseudonym would be something along the lines of "Hairy Johnson". Maybe it was already taken, who knows?

She had an earlier post, a few days ago, that was also rather cryptic, but I thought she was saying she believes Bill Clinton wants to run as McCain's VP. Seems consistent with this latest post.

I continue to be amazed at the preoccupation of so many in media and blogosphere with just "knowing" what Bill and Hillary are thinking and what they might do...it's sickening...all the while during the primary Hillary said there would be a coming together and now there IS...course that MUST be all due to Obama...couldn't be something that H&B want to happen...and WHERE IS BILL???? And, why isn't he there shining his light to dim the effect of Barack and Hillary??? If he had been there the idiots "reporting/opining" would have had a hissy fit! It's like there is no other news happening anywhere in the world...and we wonder why the voters are IGNORANT...GEEZ

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that everything they say, their proxies say, housewives in Kentucky say, and bloggers say about them has to be vetted by some guy named Penn. Never been a more efficient machine in the history of the universe.

Likely they're orchestrating this Bill/Barack subplot too just to make the convention more exciting. My guess is that by October they'll be doing photops with Bill and Barack drinking beer together. I doubt they'll let Bill talk though.

They'll have Bill standing against the wall with a good looking woman sipping a drink eyeing everyone else with disdain.

Feel some sorrow for Lopez, though; she was in her 20s when Bush was elected, he is her can-do-no-wrong he-man, brush-clearin', evil-fightin', "no law will stop me!" hero. It must be tough to be in the last few months of your hero's reign, and see him subjected to near-universal scorn and derision. Yes, it must be tough.

Personally, I could give a rip. But someone must feel some sorrow for her, right? Right?

Who is this woman? And why should we care what she thinks or says? There will be plenty more of this before Nov. 4, and most of it will be 'black-bashing' of the worst sort. Just get ready!
