May 29, 2012 4:54 PM Going Respectable

By Ed Kilgore

Donald Trump wants you to know he’s not some crazy “birther.” He’s part of something far more respectable, per this tweet:

.@BarackObama is practically begging @MittRomney to disavow the place of birth movement, he is afraid of it and for good reason. He keeps using @SenJohnMcCain as an example, however, @SenJohnMcCain lost the election. Don’t let it happen again.

Yeah, Team Obama is terrified of the Place of Birth Movement, just like it prays Romney won’t get wise to the exceptional power of The Breitbart Movement (The Vetting!), the Gold Standard Movement, the Objectivist Movement, the Quiverfull Movement, and other potent alliances that RINO John McCain cast aside in his foolish 2008 campaign.

Whatever money the wiggy SOB is helping raise for Romney really isn’t worth it.

'Famous' is not the same as 'popular' or 'respected' or 'trusted'. Trump is famous, but that's about it.

  • Gummo on May 29, 2012 5:16 PM:

So he thinks "place of birth movement" sounds what, more dignified, than "birther"?

BWAHAHAHAHAHA. That Trump, what a high-tone guy. Reminds me of those Damon Runyon gangsters, who thought over-enunciating common words gave them class.

Either way, it's still just racist doucheteabaggery.

"Notorious" might be the word you're looking for, Peter C.

I have a branch of my family which became Mormon around 1959. Every male member has fathered a child before marriage. Is this typical of Mormons? Has Mitten perform the same way? I believe Mittens has four wives will they all live in the White House together? Does his five acknowledged sons have the same mother or different mothers? Would they submit to genetic testing to prove who their mother is? Help fight birtherism with wiferism. Join in the fun. We are just asking questions of our future leader.

Thanks, iyoumeweus, for raising this important issue!
We also want Romney to release his medical records, as he does not (Many People Ask!) always appear to be without cyborg enhancement.
Also, those "missing years" in France- people ask: Was he secretly indoctrinated by Jean Paul Sartre? Or paling around with Algerian terrorists? There a lot of Muslims in Europe- Muslim/Mormon, just a few key strokes of difference. Please release the FBI files!

I fear Romney is under a "severe" misapprehension here. Palling around with Trump, while common indeed, WILL NOT burnish Romney's credentials with "common" folk.
Perhaps Romney's ONLY definition of "common" IS the one that means trashy...

Trump is desperately trying to keep his name in the news, as he has tried to do for decades now. He keeps insinuating that he has some evidence showing birth certificate fraud. It's well past time for him to put up or shut up.

It looks like Donald Trump is running for the title of

    "Birther of the Nation."
