Feeling queasy today, so you can have my share of the blue plate special. Here’s a taste:

* Very little MSM coverage of Occupy May Day activities. Went on Twitter to check out buzz and was informed it’s “over-capacity.” Reuters has an early report from New York that doesn’t indicate there is much going on. Here’s a preview from MSNBC.

* Nate Silver rates Dick Lugar a slight underdog in next week’s Indiana Senate primary, and suggests Dem Joe Donnelly would have decent shot against Richard Mourdock.

* Bloomberg playing his cards? NY mayor meets with Romney few days after sit-down with Biden and Panetta.

* Obama’s April average in Gallup tracking of job approval was 47%, highest since last May.

* Screaming headlines and actual facts in conservative accounts of SEAL doubts about Obama taking credit for killing of Osama don’t seem to be in much agreement.

And in non-political news:

* Beckhams’ 9-month-old daughter offered fashion gig.

I’ll be back shortly.

Sheesh, taking credit with absolutely NO aircraft carriers, jetfighters, flight suits, or codpieces? Clearly, Obama needs to work on his horn tooting.

So one SEAL Obama critic is a Republican state senator from Montana - what a surprise! And another SEAL complains that the President wasn't "in the field, at risk, carrying a gun". . . WTF?

This whole 'any President would have made the same call' argument is answering the WRONG question. People act as if the Special Forces just stumbled across bin Laden, tripped over him, and then called the White House and asked do you want us to take him out ?

Of COURSE any President would have made THAT call.

But the call in question was whether or not to hunt the man down in the first place, which only then led to the decision to take him out. Here, Obama was in FAVOR, Romney is on record being AGAINST.

This is why the RightWing is squealing like stuck pigs.

Thank you, Joe Friday! Well Explained for those who only listen to propaganda soundbites.

Of course Obama can't take credit for OBL. If major corporations didn't get any big money deals there wasn't a "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED".

    crapcha....hysteresis mightsee....oh yeah.
