Yep, this is the stupid election because lies are sold as truth. And the media just reports the lies as truth.
But this is not Tweedledee versus Tweedledum. A Romney presidency will crush the future for tens of millions of Americans of all ages. Meanwhile, international affairs would become more unstable, which is exactly what the terrorists want.
So, Romney would be an all-around lose-lose proposition, except for the very wealthy and the terrorists.
