Loved Big Bird from when I was a wee tot. Big Bird is just about as old as I am now, normally aged.
I also liked his comment about his popularity.
Kind of a sublte reminder to Mr. Romney that there's a LOT of people who think going after Sesame Street to pay for tax cuts for millionaires is probably not politically sound.

And the perfect response to the ridiculous cancel-PBS shtick by Romney & the GOP. Big Bird is an innocent, well-loved children's character. I'm glad to see he stayed that way, despite being dragged into partisan politics. This is part of what's so great about Sesame Street, and PBS.
