This could be the news cycle blogger’s anthem: Lowell George and Little Feat performing “Willin,” in 1977.

UPDATE: Yeah, sorry, original post was video of Little Feat performing “Dixie Chicken,” but here’s “Willin.’” Hard to go wrong with any Little Feat song.

Was great to hear Dixe Chicken, but as usual got detoured into Youtube. Linda Ronstadt did a great cover of Willin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRqHWDys5qE

Waiting for Columbus tour. Finest live album ever. But then their studio work was just a warm up for live performances. As I have 3 recordings of it, I'm am a little biased.

In my lifetime, I've had 2 scratchy LP copies of the 'Waiting For Columbus' and 3 sometimes cracked copies of the CD. And I still listen to it often on my iPod. Truly the best damn live album ever!
