June 20, 2013 10:34 AM Anticlimax At the Court

By Ed Kilgore

So SCOTUS handed down three decisions this morning, and I’m sure all of them are vastly more significant than any of us non-constitutional lawyers and lay people grasp at the moment. But none of the Big Four decisions (Prop 8, DOMA, Voting Rights Act, affirmative action in college admissions) came down, which puts off the SCOTUS-watch until Monday at the earliest.

But the delay does give those adept at Supreme Court Bingo time to reframe their predictions.
