Tompall Glaser, one of the pioneers of Outlaw Country Music, died in Nashville yesterday at the age of 79. So we’re going to be featuring some “outlaw” music today, beginning with a song Glaser co-write, “Streets of Baltimore,” as performed in 1973 by Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris.
