I hadn’t really noticed it until now, but Real Clear Politics has this regular feature called “Morning Commute” in which one or two of their editors interview some journalistic figure as they drive into (or around) DC. It’s sorta like a political junkie’s version of Cash Cab, without the cash.
In any event, I just watched Tom Bevan and Carl Cannon interview Ezra Klein about JournoList, the list-serve Ezra started and moderated, and which became, for many conservatives, a sort of Bavarian Illuminati secretly coordinating the entire Media World with the Obama campaign of 2008. As a regular participant in JournoList, I completely empathize with Ezra’s frustration in trying to prove a negative, but am also shocked the right-wing legend lives on.
